Know exactly where your QMS stands against AS9100D before you book a certification audit. The Readiness Snapshot is a one-day, fully remote gap assessment for aviation, space and defence suppliers of 50–500 people, personally led by Muazzam Iqbal, FRAeS, Senior Aerospace Consultant with 30+ years in military and commercial aerospace.

• ISO 9001-certified suppliers now asked for AS9100 by a customer
• Manufacturers entering aerospace from automotive, oil and gas or defence
• AS9100D-certified suppliers facing IA9100, AS13100 or AS9145 flow-downs
AS9100D clauses 4–10, plus the aerospace-specific controls where first audits most often stumble: product safety, counterfeit parts prevention, configuration management, first article inspection (AS9102) and key characteristics.
How it runs: we review your key documents and hold three or four short video interviews with your people.
USD 850, fixed. The full fee is credited against any engagement booked within 60 days. We can quote and invoice in EUR, GBP, AED or SAR on request. Larger or design-responsible sites may need a 2–3 day assessment (USD 1,700–3,300 plus travel for on-site work). See our full scope of services and fees on the Consultancy page.

No. Quality Practitioners is not a certification body. The Snapshot shows how ready you are and what to fix before a certification body audits you.
About half a day in total from your team: sharing documents and three or four short video interviews.
Many clients move to a two-week Certification Readiness Sprint or a full QMS documentation build. Others use the 90-day plan to do the work themselves, or train their team through our Training packages.
